A new Digital Banking experience

Step 1: Click link below to install Secure Browser on your desktop and choose the "Download Secure Browser by Device" option best for your device. Follow the installation prompts and enter your Activation Key. All users should have received their unique Activation Key via secure email from upgrade@fnbli.com. (Note: Activation keys cannot be shared with fellow users) If you are having issues locating the secure email, please contact your Relationship Banker or Branch Manager for assistance. Security prompts will follow directing you to create a PIN and finish signing in to access the new Business Online Banking platform. You will now access Business Online Banking from the secure browser application on your computer, not the website dropdown link. Look for the 1N tile/shortcut on your desktop or in your applications.

Step 2: Reschedule recurring transactions. Wire and ACH templates will carry over, however any recurring transactions attached to these templates will need to be recreated in the new system. Internal transfers also need to be recreated.

Step 3: Remote Deposit Capture (RDC) customers will need to install new drivers to connect to the new system. Follow the guide below or contact our Digital Channels team at digitalchannels@fnbli.com with any questions, they will help guide you through the process. (NOTE: Check with your Information Technology team to ensure impacted employees have download and install access on desktop computers.)

Step 4: Utilize the below guides to navigate and familiarize yourself with the new system. If you are having issues, please contact your Relationship Banker or Branch Manager.

Step 1: All Online Banking and FirstMobile for Personal Banking app users should log in with their usual User ID and Password. Accept the upgraded Terms and Conditions and follow security prompts. If you are locked out of online banking at this time, call 516-723-6600.

Step 2: Once logged in, reschedule any recurring transactions, multi-factor identification numbers and notifications.

Step 3: Remote Deposit Capture Clients Only: RDC users will be required to download and install new scanner drivers, as well as a Secure Browser that will be required to access the scanner platform. You can complete these downloads and prepare for the systems upgrade by following the guide below at any time up until the upgrade is complete at 9:00 AM on Monday, February 5th.

Step 4: Intuit/QuickBooks users will need to backup their QuickBooks Data File and ensure their QuickBooks application is up to date by following the guide below. These users should also review and make note of all recurring transactions as they will need to be recreated in the upgraded system. Internal transfers will also need to be recreated.
